By accessing or using the Pentamart Digital website or engaging our ebook and digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Pentamart Digital provides ebook writing, editing, formatting, cover design, publishing, distribution, digital marketing, website setup, and related digital services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each project will be confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as outlined in your quote or service package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by the complexity of the project or delays in receiving feedback or materials from the client.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (manuscript, formatted files, cover art created specifically for your project) transfers to you, the client, except for any third-party assets (stock images, fonts, licensed tools) which remain subject to their original licenses. Pentamart Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, material or instructions you provide to us do not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party. You agree to provide timely feedback and necessary materials so that we can meet agreed timelines.
Should you need to cancel a project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your project slot and cover work already scheduled or started. Refunds for partially completed work, if any, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Pentamart Digital strives for excellence in every project but does not guarantee specific sales results, rankings, or outcomes from published or marketed content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for any client who violates these Terms, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to make required payments. Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed up to that point.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
